Did you know that there is usps stamps for non machinable hand cancel only?

What is this? – well when you send us postal mail, like those regular envelopes mail that you received and sent? well all of them goes into a machine that scan and defaced the stamp prevent re-use. Well the machine is very rough, it will crush anything in the envelope flat. Well sending the a pencil or something like that in the envelope most likely will get crushed by the sorting machine.

So there is a special stamps call “non-machinable”, meaning with this stamp, it would required a human to hand sort this mail, it will not go through a machine and thus will keep the content inside in good shape like a pen pencil etc… read more

Hard Drive crashed or cannot boot Windows 10 fix?

A quick fix is to remove that hard drive and put it on another windows machine and let that windows machine auto scan and fix anything damage on that hard drive.

This happen when one of my computer crashed with windows 10, when trying to do a reboot (cold reboot) windows 10 will not boot up or take a long time and even so it will not work. Tried recovery mode, and even system restore, but the hard drive appears to have bad sectors or something.

Paying verizon fios bill at a Kiosk got an error and the nightmare begins

First time paying my verizon fios bill at a local verizon store kiosk. The process was easy, and I paid cash. I input all the cash and done, but no, ERRR, got a white screen error and that was it, no print receipt was printed, so I flagged a staff to come over and check and he pressed OK and then printed me a manual receipt.

Days passed, then a week and then I checked my account one last time to see if my payment was reflected, and nope, it’s not. I chat with verizon fios online website, it was a pain, total 1 hour including waiting to be connected to chat. Chat told me to go back to that location and have them fix it. read more

With the right price anything can be sold on ebay. I don’t recall how much I purchased these chromebook for, but I do remember buying it as bulk many years ago to run a computer farm on some projects like close to 100 of them. Now years later no longer needed, some are dead, some have battery swollen, some have scratched cracked on screen and on case. However the circuit board seems to be good. Don’t rely too much on google map as GPS be careful of detour

This is not the first time I’ve encountered issue with Google Map as GPS navigation for driving to new location. It didn’t work well because of traffic pattern it said to use new route less traffic and so on, well it’s not faster because a bunch of people took the same route and guess what? Police blocked some part of the road to prevent traffic divert to that road and Google doesn’t know and everyone end up on some neighborhood with horrific traffic stuck for an hour. So my recommendation is to just stick to your main planned map GPS don’t use google new recommended route, just stick to original. read more

For my truck, diagnose from trusted mechanic simply bad tires tread. Well I did bearing changes and even balance, still bad noise.
