Kyle and Ryan are Tan and Van’s boys dropping off for us to watch while they go on vacation. Kids are age 2 and 4 I think. I couldn’t stand the pain anymore, so I went to Riteaid and bought the 3M “FUTURO Sport Custom Dial Adjustable Tennis Elbow Strap” for about $30, online only $18 by the way, but it just that I need to relief the pain quick and it’s the only way, otherwise I will not be able to work around the house, as I will only have one good left arm to work with.

First try, putting it on appears easy, I feel the relief right away, but after a while I feel some pressure cutting blood circulation so I loosen the strap a bit. Still learning on proper way of using it since there isn’t much instruction.

Also known as ” lateral epicondylitis ” or by many other medical term, but basically it’s the tendon in the elbow that causing painful. I went to urgent care and got some medication took it for five days, it got better. Then yesterday I decided to put my elbow to the test and wallah back to square one.

Now I’m in pain again, even worst.

I had a few (3) unused 32 gallons trash can lying around for years, today put it on good use. Collect rain water.
