This stuff made from tofu, but this particular one taste really good 🙂 In Vietnamese it is call “chao” by the way it is not really call Chinese cheese, just that a famous actor name Jackie Chan call it chinese cheese and it was adopted since then. The real name is “Fermented Tofu (Chao)”
